Defamation of character

26/02/2029 Just after 16:00 I walked into The Fix Mall of the North with two of my friends. So while we were walking around inside the store, some lady walked towards us and asked us that a certain hanger is empty so where did we take the item that was hanged there, one of my friends told her that we didn’t take any item there, the Fix lady insisted that she saw my friend taking an item on that section. The fix lady then left us and went to the door where she called the security guard and started pointing at us. We then proceeded to the tellers and she came to assist on of the clients and my friend immediately addressed her and informed her how we don’t appreciate her accusing us of *****ing, The Fix lady started denying accusing us of theft and made the loudest noise in front of other customers. I’m very very disappointed with the treatment your store gave us, we were treated like ******* without any evidence. We were followed around the store while other customers were not. I have shopped at this specific The Fix for years and I have never seen the treatment I was given yesterday. I do not see myself going back to this specific store if not any of the Fix. Our reputation was ruined yesterday without any apology never mind defamation of character. Please attend to this with immediate effect to avoid unnecessary lawsuit.
