Customer Query

I am disgruntled by the appalling serving from the Gugulethu branch. For the past 30minutes I have been trying to get through to the store line. I finally got through approximately 15minutes ago, I query about a particular item, the lady that I spoke to says she'll go look for the item on the floor. I've been holding on the line for over 5 minutes and I can clearly hear that there are staff members at the counter. I eventually hung up and called again, as a matter of fact I've been calling ever since with no success of getting through because the phone was put on the side and still is. This is so frustrating because clearly I would have still been holding on. I hate how unprofessional these people are, I am actually livid.
