Complaint

The service from the fix is very disappointing,bought a phone new from the fix giyani mall the phone is malfunctioning not even a month old and being I should bring it for repair, how do you repair something with less than a month and while you guys book it in for repair what should I use in the meantime I should that duration without a phone? Should I experience the same problem again I should again stay without a phone while you guys have my money.
