Complain

I bought a phone for my husband at the fix in attlyn mall attridgeville. Model of the phone is Hi ultra booset , I took the phone back to the store after 3 weeks of purchase they took it to be repaired after a week I was given another phone of a different model but same brand no explanation was given no slip.3 weeks later I was called by a lady called Yvonne said my phone is fixed I told the lady that I was given another phone and she told me that she mixed my paperwork with someone's details .a week later I was called again by another lady called bontle she told me that mg phone has arrived at the store ,I went to the store to clarify and my phone and details were correct but the lady refused to give me my phone and said the phone will return to supplier since I was given another phone I told the cashier to give me a receipt for my phone since I don't have .they refused and insisted that I must use the same slip even it's not the same model ,I asked her that how can I use a receipt that is not the correct she told me she will get try and investigate the matter after 6 days I went back to the store to ask if the is any progress Yvonne told me that they gave me a someone else phone her name is k****tso but to my surprise the phone was brand new ,not set up no info and if I did not come to the store what would have happened I was told to bring back the phone I was given since it was not mine I'm not happy with the store they run it like a ****a shop the cashier's are doggy and give you different information about one thing they don't know their story and they don't apologize my phone is still at the store to they did not call me afterwards I would never by from that store again they don't respect customers from Kagiso Mabotla ***
