Cellphone complain

I bought a phone on the 26 of February then when I bought it I wanted a dual sim and they told me that it's a dual sim but they sold me a nano sim instead when I go to a shop and complain they told me that I have exceeded the days i should have go there within seven days and by that time I did not have chance to go to the store I was working so now they refused to help me please assist.
