Card Swapped by Cashier

<p>On the 7th of August I went into The FIX in Galleria- Amanzimtoti. I purchased a pair of sneakers for R219.95. The cashier insisted to help me whilst there was 3 other people infront of me, She ended up mixing up our cards, Due to all the cards in the TGF group. None of us checked. Yesterday when i went into Foschini Store in Bluff, I realised it was not my card, So Lorell tried to assist me. She called the lady who's card it was, and furthermore she knew it wasn't her card. She had already made purchases on my card. The lady promised to get the transactions reversed and return my card, however nothing of that sort was done. So why should I have to carry that lady's purchases on my card which I still don't have????? I'm so appalled by your incompetant staff member who's name is Cele. I refuse to pay for something which is not mine. I refuse to be held responsible for any purchases made after my R219.95 purchase!!!</p>
