BT Ngebs Questionable Service. Pay cash or don't get assisted?

Please confirm the possibilities of your BT Ngebs branch being offline for laybye at 16:36 but your Circus Triangle branch is NOT offline and can process a laybye at 17:38?

My sister and I went to your BT ngebs branch and first thing I enquired about was your laybye services. I got my answers and started shopping for the dress sizes I was looking for. Nicely hunged and put back all the incorrect sizes. No bad interaction with your staff.

I needed assistance with t-shirts and mentioned I wanted to laybye, which they explained that stuff on Promo cannot be laybyed. No problem, I looked for one more item. Went to the tills, and your stuff were working on the floor (no problem). I signaled for help and from where Lungi/ Lungelo/Lungiswa was standing she asked if I was paying cash (Same lady I enquires from about your laybye services). I rep**** that it's a laybye and I'll be paying by card.

She came and told me that they are "offline", she said Xoli had sent her to come tell me that. Shocking because when I asked her about laybye, and when I the other lady was helping me with the promo t-shirt they BOTH did NOT mention any hassles with the laybye services.

We left for your shop in Circus Triangle, we went to the till amd asked if we could laybye and they said ofcause and we were helped. I have the slip for the laybye. However, when we came back with the items our teller joked about being offline ( this is not a complaint). It was confirmation to me that Xoli and her crew might have had issues with us. I don't know why because when we were there Saturday and first asked about the laybye we decided to come back some other day as it was close to closing time. Cameras can confirm this. I can even confirm the times were there on Saturday and we purchased a jean for our cousin.

Are there any records of your BT Ngebs branch being offline around the mentioned time?

I'm just a customer needing 2 of your lovely dresses on laybye and UNFORTUNATELY my sizes are at the horrible BT NGEBS branch. A customer walks in and enquiries about your laybe services, shops and stillentions laybye when it's time process it non chalantely gets told they are offline? I'm afraid, I find that "offline" hard to believe. Xoli did not even come to the tills to check of they are still "offline" and trust me the shop was not that busy as they not at the till points for a long time.
