Boots Damaged In One Day

In December I bought a pair of sandals at The Fix, which I wore once, and the "leather" parts on them wore out. One wear, and that's what happened. I tried returning the shoes, and I was told that since I do not have a receipt I could not be assisted, which is policy, I suppose.

Last week Friday, I purchased a pair of boots which were marked down, and which I had fallen in love with at first sight. This second purchase was made in Plein Street. I wore the boots for ONE day, and the material on the pointy part of the boots was completely worn off. This is pathetic. Reading other reviews on this platform confirms to me that the quality of the items which the stores sell is extremely poor.

I still have my receipt as proof of purchase, I love the boots so much, I am hoping for a replacement/ exchange if they are still available.

I hope that someone will be able to help me with this and guarantee my satisfaction as a loyal TFG customer, and ex-employee.
