Being charged interest on R0 balance

I paid off my account now am being charged accounts benefits and interest on the accounts benefits owing like really. now the account will accumulate due to something i don't even use. If the account is R0 don't add your own costs please. the economy is tough

Opening an account is very easy but closing it a person has to struggle as much as you make the application process easy also make the cancellation easier
