Bad Servicw From The Fix Greeenacres 17 Ring Road

29th of September 2020 i went to the fix at greenacres mall 17 ring road to purchase white heels worth R349.99 I always buy my clothes there Then a month after saturday the 31st October it was my first time wearing it , in the afternoon while i was wearing it the heel just broke off . Which means the shoe had a fault Monday the 2nd i went to the store to return the damaged shoe i spoke to the cashier Ntsoake i told her that i have lost the receipt so i dont have the hard copy she said she cant assist i asked if i can speak to the manager by the name of akhona she refused to come & see me at all She said shes not gonna helpI , i am not happy with the fix & i still want to return the shoes to them as they were damaged i will be happy if someone can come back to me regarding this
