Bad services and theft by staff

I went shopping at Eastgate Mall on 8th December at The Fix with my two daughters we had three plastic from Mr Price.so my other daughter was fitting shoes at The Fix and and putted her Mr Price shopping bag on the floor,the were shopping around in the at went to till point to pay and left the store when arrived at food Court she realised that she left Mr shopping bag then we return to the store (The Fix) asked the stuff if the seen out Mr Price shopping bag then sad No. That's when are asked to view a footage.firstly they their doesn't have a footage afterwards asked it's possible for store to dnt hv footage then they sad it's not operational. I only wanted to view thier footage and see if my Mr Price shopping bag was taken by customer but now are also suspect the staff too... Since they refuse us to view thier footage
