Bad service & rude

The Fix Cosmo mall is the worst, I don't see myself going there again. Their staff are so rude, they don't even give attention when you want to be assisted. They just continue talk to each like they are not there to serve clients. I went there to do return and to get a refund for something I had bought online. At first they said they didn't have money around 14:00 and it was month end. I was told come try the following day. When I got there the following day they told me that they can only do an exchange not a refund. And the lady was so rude.
