Bad service ever

So me and my friend received the worst service from the fix store in Alexandra pan chopping center. I had bought a jumpsuit at the fix crossing mall soshanguve and it had a tear at the back, what surprised me is that the staff at the Alex store did not allow me to exchange it and said I must exchange it where I got it,, those ladies were rude to me and my friend and they kept telling us that we need to get out of the store as it was their closing time,, I'm really saddened by this behavior because I never experienced such treatment from other malls like Sandton as I usually do my shopping there,I even just want to close my account as this is just utter nonsense
