Bad service at The Fix Fourways Mall from Skhumbuzo
I’ve received the worst service at The Fix store in Fourways mall from a guy named Skhumbuzo. This has happened twice and it’s from one guy in the store.
His service is appalling and I fail to understand why he’s so rude being in the service industry. The first encounter with him was so bad and I couldn’t understand why because I didn’t even ask for any help from him.
