Bad service at Eastgate mall.

I previously made a complaint about the FIX in mall of Africa and Eastgate. The mall of Africa branch was quick to deal with my issue and the matter has been resolved.

Whereas at Eastgate, the shop itself was not clean. There were a lot of clothes unfolded and laying around on the tables. The clothes were creased as well. I had two items that I had to return, and the lady doing the return held the clothing with the tips of her fingers and then dusted them as soon as she put them down as if I was returning dirty clothes. The lady who assisted me with the return was very rude. I doubt I'd ever return to that store, and would not recommend anyone to go to it.
