Bad service

I am very dissatisfied with the service i received at the store regarding my lay-by. On the 29th of November 2024 i wanted to take out my layby and i was told to come back the following day because its late,i understood. Went the following day which was on the 30th. After standing in a very long queue,they told me to wait again and when i asked a query,they had a bad attitude,they didnt show any care and kept on saying that they are busy they cant be attending lay-bys. The most frustating is that you need to stand a very long queue so a service not rendered two times in a row. I am very disappointed because even today i did not receive my lay-by
