Bad service

I went to exchange an item at The Fix at Centre Walk Pretoria and the the cashier by the name of “ MARTHA” was so unprofessional and busy talking to her colleague wasting my time and they were busy talking about a song and night life,she has no manners and very unprofessional..she talks much,why can’t she wait for the customers and she’ll continue talking after.
