Bad service

No customer service at all. Systems are offline for for weeks on end. I have purchased an item in store and would like to return it but I am not getting assistance. I have gone to different The Fix stores still no help. The store consultants are just lazing around. They do not even check if the systems is working, they just tell it is offline. I think TFG superiors should do introspection on the stores because we are not happy with the service where we are spending our money. The stores specifically is in Claremont and Gugulethu Mall.
