Bad service

I went to Bloed Mall (The fix) in Pretoria, it was a quite day. It was only 2 employees,1 was sitting down and the other one was at the till point. I was busy trying to take the shirt from the top using the store stick. While doing that some shirts fell and I took them back to the rail. Then the rude lady, who was wearing shorts and had tattoos on her leg came and took the stick on my hand with force,without even greeting nor asking if I need help.I even asked her why does she have bad attitude while she knows that she must work with people. I was so disappointed by bad customer service that I received. The lady has zero customer etiquette
