Bad return policy

I have purchased a pair of boots 2 weeks ago and wore them exactly twice. I returned then because they were starting to come loose, they however returned it for me and I was given another pair. the same is happening to this pair, I went back to the store to return it. They do not want to do so because it is not torn or holes appearing...... I can only return them if and when they do that. I find this answer/respond unacceptable. <br> <br> You are eager to take people's money, but when it comes to customer complaints, you are terrible.<br> <br> Good day
