bad experience

I went to the store at Centurion Mall to pay my Foschini and RCS cards (which by the way to buy at the same shop) and I got a crabby service... Phumzile was the lady helping me, the store was not busy at all, was the only client... I asked if they could assist me because they were chatting....so she was busy helping me while complaining and talking to her colleague who just came in from lunch... I explain that I am on lunch and getting late...because she was stopping while chatting to her colleague.......she assisted me with the Foschini card.....and then the second card she was calling her friend to come and help me, I asked why....she said she was going or something like that....... I mean what kind of a service is that... I gave her both cards and she assisted me with one...shouldn't she have helped me with both then go to lunch or wherever she was going??????????????
