Bad customer services

My name is Bontle i'm so disappointed by the fix alberton today as I checked if they have stock fr teva sandals nd the system reflects that they have stock ,when I sent someone to purchase the sandals fr me they told her they dnt have a size ,I called and ask fikile the store assistant what does she mean that the is no size cz I saw on the internet that they have size,she rep**** me with an attitude that 'its stockloss' nd she said I should go check it out at other shops,I asked her if she can't do an inter branch transfer as alberton is the closest mall ,she said she can't I must go buy it somewhere else,I asked fr her area managers number she gave me the wrong number .m so furious and disappointed
