Bad customer service

Can I kindly ask what are the trading hours for The Fix in Carnival Mall during the week?? I went to the shop on Thursday 04/11 @ 5:46 wanting to purchase something and when I got there, the shop was closed but there were people inside. I assume they were working there as they were packing stock. I knocked on the glass window to find out what time they close but the lady inside who was packing just stared @ us and continued with whatever she was doing. I continuously knocked I guess she got irritated and stomped to the door then she just indicated with her hands that they are closed. In a sign language type I tried to ask her what time they ope or close she just turned ignored me and walk back to whatever she was doing.

At the door there was trading hours which indicated 19h00 but I assumed those were Prior Covid. My expectations of her was to open the door politely ask what’s my request and explain. And this was not the 1st time I found the shop closed before 6pm via call centre that was the time stipulated.
