Bad customer service

so i visited "the fix" Phalabowa branch,(SHOP 8, LANTANA STREET, PHALABORWA) the staff was mean maybe because i was straight from work in my smart casual outfit n my "coat of arms" mask from my place of employment, the remarks made and the attitude was rather disturbing ,,,the customer service sucks,,their work ethics are under par and rather disturbing for a second i felt like leaving the store and shop elsewhere, my first time experience was not pleasant those three fat ladies on juty yesterday were mean and disrespectful

i don't see myself shopping there ever again, i would not recommend it to anyone

proper training and customer service must be implemented
