Bad customer service at The FIX Randburg
I'm not happy with the treatment my cousin got at The FIX Randburg, especially since the negligence was the fault of the shop assistants. The least they could have done is refund her money so that she can go where she can afford since they imp**** she want to buy what she can't afford. All of this could have been avoided if they did the right thing from the beginning. Now they want to put all the blame on my cousin because of their negligence.
