Bad customer service at The FIX Field Street Durban
I had a bad service at The FIX yesterday at this store, a male cashier there asked if we do have a card and I said yes (I have Foschini card with the voucher, although I was going to pay with cash) but he did not take the card to swipe for discount and I ended up paying the full amount of the items.
He was so not interested and I thought the t-shirts that were on promotion were 2 for R100 but instead, there were 2 for R100 each, he did not explain that I got it wrong, just to educate us as customers. No smile, no eye contact.
