Bad customer service and rude staff

Went to the fix randburg to cancel a layby, got there said hi to the cashier and she didn't even bother to greet back, so I told her I need to cancel a layby she told me she doesnt know how to do that and that I would have to wait for the person who knows the system to come back, i asked where the person was and she tells me she doesn't know and after that she flats out ignores me and I stand there for about 20 minutes and next thing I know she's screaming at the top of her lungs to another employee who's at the other end of the shop that this person wants to cancel a layby I'm asuming this is an attempt to humiliate me infront of other customers and they scream back and forth to each other about me, she finally comes to the till and tells me to pay the remaining amount because its easier that way and I tell her I don't have the amount and then it takes them half an hour to do this transaction as they both have no idea what they doing but after enduring all that poor service I was finally able to get my money back, I would like a follow up on this incident or I will not be buying from the fix anymore
