Bad customer service.

Yesterday 02/08/2020 I went to The Fix East Rand Mall where I was assisted by the manager and a very rude arrogant stuff member. On the 24/07/2020 I went to the store and made a purchase however the item I purchased wasn't need or required after being bought I did return it to the store and never had my tax invoice. however i was advised that I will be given a gift card to the same value off items purchased I told them that I do not need or require a gift voucher,then thy told me is company policy I asked the store manger to show me where does it state it is company policy to be given a gift card....????she couldn't show me however we bought saw that I needed to be refunded the same way i bought the items.she refused. she was speaking on a call in here home langues which we all know isn't a business langues as I did not understand what she was saying......the manger was going to refund me in cash up and until the rude stuff member loaded the card and wanting to force me to sign. as a customer i feel that I was de*****ed from The Fix East Rand Mall.
