Bad Customer Service

I just walked out of a Fashion Express store in Centurion Mall, as a first time Fashion Express buyer, and probably last.<br> <br> My partner and I bought a pair of Black Heels from your store on Saturday 28th November, which after wearing for one night, I found to be extremely uncomfortable, especially with the shoes strap that left painful marks of my foot.<br> <br> We then decided, after reading your 6 Months Return Policy on the receipt, to return the shoes to the store for a possible Voucher Refund. <br> <br> But to our surprise, we walked into the store, where an alleged 'Store Manager' gave us the worst Customer Service ever! Upon arrival, she, without asking us our actual reason for returning the shoes, told us that she can't take the shoes back because they were worn. <br> <br> She, for a \Manager""; reasonable reason; but because of her attitude; I really can't keep those shoes anymore;and I need to return them ASAP!<br> <br> <br> <br> """
