Bad Customer Service

I went to purchase a sandal at Fashion express in Gugulethu mall Cape Town and i did not have a size, i asked the staff to please contact other stores or check on their system which store has my size so that they can keep it for me and i can collect and they just told me to do it myself as they are busy, how am i supposed to know what is the SKU number of the shoe and which store to call as there are more than 10 fashion express stores in Cape Town , i feel that they do not care about their customers as Foschini in the same mall once said the same thing to me and i believe both these stores belong to TFG . They have a very poor level of service and what i was asking is simple as i did not even ask for the shoe to be couriered to their store thinking i am making life easy for them. I am very disappointed in them as i am a loyal customer and i don't expect this from people who are supposed to be trained with Customer service. Please send your staff to workshops on how to treat customers because now it is as if we have to beg them to get assistance , they are very unprofessional and rude and alot of people who do their shopping at that mall are complaining about them.<br>
