Bad Customer service

I visited the store today , 15/12/2024 staff members are very rude , with attitude, they not willing to help if you ask something they don't know , you have to look for yourself, as they were closing they didn't even open the door for me , they all pretended to be busy , I had to open for myself, The Fix Zevenwacht mall, it's not the first time with this kinda experience in the same store. Please employ people who are willing to help as they working with customers
