Bad Customer Service
Today I went to the Fix at mall of the south to take out my laybye only to find that on this day called black Friday they dnt deal with laybyes. Regardless that It not a rule, it's not written anyway and not going to get it. This is such an inconvenience for me to get such bad service with a bad attitude, the shop was not even busy to say that they can't help. What kind of a rule is this, took my time and petrol to drive to mall only to be sent. Im very upset because now I need those clothes for an event I'm going too. Such an inconvenience
