Bad customer service

On the 29-06-2024, I went to purchase a pink t shirt around the afternoon. When I got to the till I was assisted by a very rude lady and she said there is no network for staff discounts, the customer who was coming after me asked her that she wants to pay are they offline and she said no she can pay only my staff discounts. I didn't want to argue with her as a tfg employee I know there is no such and she was aware that I am staff also but she treated me badly. They all didn't have name badges.
