Bad customer care

The cashiers at The fix Tubatse crossing mall were very rude and disrespectful towards customers. On the Sunday 10 August 2025, there where a song of wet floor on the entrance and we wanted to get in and ladies mopping the floor according to them we were supposed wait until the floor is dry and there was no other way to enter the store. After some customers enter there ladies were saying they wish the customer can slip and fall the get injured so that they can even be admitted to hospital. Afterwards they all talk proudly about how the customers think this is their home.
