Bad attitude NO SERVICE

LADIES DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THE FOSCHINI GROUP OR THE FIX LADIES OUTFITTERS IN SA. I bought a body shirt Sunday morn. After I had a shower the night wanted to try it on. NO way you can get it on. Ni clips or pins or anything to open between the legs. No way to try it on. I put it back in bag abd called the absolute not fit for her job, unprofessional, no interest. Irritated lady who cannot even have a conversation on the phone. The more I try to introduce myself the more she said no one with that nane work here. Totally unfitt for her job. The only reason why she answered the phone, (after they put phone down in my ear twice)!!!is to be in the store to collect a paycheck month end. Other wise no other reason to be sitting in store and feel irritated by public whom she don't realize put her bread on the table. Had no interest in my explanation why I could not even try it on. Not in the least. Just said she will NOT give me a credit. HEY IRRITATED LADY !YOU LIVE IN SA. YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE A JOB.! CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD BE YOUR only reason for -SHOULD BE THE REASON why you go to work. Not to be there si you xan collect a paycheque month end. There are numerous line of ladies waiting to get a job. Ladies who exercise client etiquette and who want to assist them in a professional way. The client is entitled to!!
