Bad attitude from Buhle Mdakane(if its her real name). The FIX eastrand mall

Firstly i'd like to raise the fact that none of the staff members have their name tags on, which is strange...

I had 2 laybys that i had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The lady i initially spoke to had no clue on what she had to do, she decides to call Buhle to come and help. When she arrived she started telling me how im not allowed to cancel a layby and how that affects my credit score. She goes on to tell me how i should stop making laybys as i cannot afford them. 1st of all, she has no right to coach me about my finances, i was there to cancel i layby and didn't request financial advise, secondly she also has no right to intimate customers into making them believe that laybys are in any way connected to theie credit profile, furthermore she has no right to tell customers that they can't cancel, what am i supposed to do then if i no longer wish to continue with the sale. Im not allowed to cancel and yet i don't have the means to pay up...then what??? She should visit the consumer act and educate herself on the difference between a credit sale and a layby. I also want to raise a concern in how she conducts business, after she had cancelled the laybys she refuses to sell the items i wanted to buy because i no longer needed to buy all of them. Kindly explain to me why am i not allowed to buy items from a layby i have cancelled, where in the layby policy did you stipulate that. When i asked her about the policy she started mumbling which was a clear giveaway that she makes her own policies within the TFG policies. I asked her what she would do if i go out and come back as a different customer or i buy the same items the next day??? She had no answer..i noticed that she is a bully and she values winning, proving a point rather than making money for the store. The Fix eastrand mall lost a sale because of a bossy staff member...pls provide clarity on why i was refused from buying the items, which policy governs that act
