I opened an account years ago and paid in store all the times. The account was paid in full and closed I have prove of it because I recently got a new job and a new phone number they kept sending messages that I owe money and so I went to the store and enquire. I got there they printed a mini Statement that I do not owe anything. The lady at the store called the TFG head office to assist me. The lady said I mus call the agent for collection..1. my question was collecting what exactly?? 2. Even when I had my account with them I wasn’t using the number they now sending me messages to.

My conclusion is that they have agents that makes money out of their customers…stay away from these shops… I still will report them everywhere possible. You can’t be charging me for collecting when I have been paying in store and worded closed the account.
