are men welcom in your store

On Sunday the 24th of May My Husband and I were @ N1 city Fexpress, and he sat in front of the store on the empty display area for about ten minutes while I shopped. Then Amanda came to tell him that he may not sit there, this might not sound like a big deal to you, however when my husband came to ask me to finish up I walked to the front of the shop and low and behold a hole family with two kids was sitting at the same spot, no one had a problem with this, why was my husband asked to move? If my husband is not welcome in the store then my money is neither, I lodged this complaint by Megan at your shoe store, whom I was told is in charge, she said someone will get back to me this is know 48 hours later and still no contact? so does this mean TFG does not care about my business? Or that the staff feels my complaint is not important? I tried to phone the customer care line to lodge my complaint and was told to do this in writing or to phone the complaints department, however after trying to lodge my complaint twice I feel I have done enough from my side.<br> If any one want to please response to me via email.
