Appalling customer service
I am appalled at the service I received at The Fix West Street. I went in to return an item I had bought online and the service I received was absolutely atrocious. The girl was rude and proceeded to cause a scene before giving me myb refund. I have always liked The FIX and frequently shop there but after today's experience, I doubt I'll be shopping as frequently as before.
