Appalling attitude

On 16 November I went to The Fix in Baywest Mall 10 minutes before closing time to quickly purchase an item. However when I got there, the sales assistant Veronique had such an appalling attitude. From failing to acknowledge me when approaching the point-of-sale to making snide remarks to her colleague such as "Gaan die nou elke aand se ding wees?", I was shocked at how my purchasing of only one item before closing time became such an inconvenience to her that she was not even ashamed to hide her contempt. Even more shocking was that she was in such a rush to get the transaction over and done with for me to leave and them to close that she failed to recognise her mistake of not even ringing up the item when completing the transaction until I pointed it out to her that only the shopping bag was rung and not said item.

If buying only one item within a store's trading hours is such an inconvenience to its employees, then I'd much rather prefer not buying there ever again.
