Amazing Customer Experience

There is one short light skinned lady at The Fix Maponya Mall. She oozes customer service, she is amazing. I liked how she acknowledges customers in every way. My girlfriend went to buy something with a voucher I had. Turned out the Tees she wanted arent the ones on sale. She apologised for the inconvenience and offered us something else. She held a conversation with us while she was assisting. I was happy to engage her. She is amazing. Keep it up lady.
