Accout payment

I was at The FIX Kroonstad 5min ago to pay my TGF Account and was told the system for paying Accounts is ofline but the can still trade, the lady who was helping me was not even wearing a name badge and as I was asking her how possible is that and what is their store code we were rudely interrupt by her colleague asking me what exactly am I looking for and what am I doing with their store code because they are offline, but they don't have a signage that shows that the store is offline, what's making me angry is this is the 3rd time the very same store is doing this, everytime I want to pay they are offline but when I am buying they are never offline, clearly TFG doesn't want our money.
