Account opening

I was so shocked to get a message from the yesterday that I opened an account when I didn't do it, I was at home next I received an SMS saying I should send my bank statements, next SMS I received said it's been approved I need to fetch the card in store please please fix this I need to know who opened the account with out my permission, I am very fustrated and disappointed when I wanted the account I was given a round around now you give it to me when I didn't ask for it
