A Laybye is NOT CREDIT!!
Someone needs to explain to me why is a laybye application so difficult to approve as i am not requesting a credit line? I have app**** 3 times. the first time no one ever came back to me. the second time, it was declined cause it was approved before. the 3rd time no one can assist me explaining what is the difference between the two ? I am not requesting a credit line from Fashion Express, i want a lay bye facility. I want to buy stuff, repay over 3 months and then only take the goods. No wonder i dont want any credit line with this stupid company, it will just be a complete mess having your staff understand the customer's needs. I have children that unfortunately love your clothing line, so to make things better for me i would rather laybye over a period and then go fetch stuff when i have the money. Why do i need credit approval for same? Also please stop contacting me to open an account - you keep my details to open an account but you don't check the history before you haunting me for a stupid account. mxm
