A hurt customer

I had a horrible experience at The Fix Empangeni when an employee said degrading remarks at my daughter and when I tried to correct her words she starts being condescending giving me parenting advice I was in shock like what are they taught when it comes to treating and respecting customers , I'll like to have a sit down with her and her manager I need some kind of accountability from her and an apology, I never wish anyone to be treated that way .
