09/04/2025 The Fix At Zevenwatch Mall‼️ I went to the store cos I needed to make a Laybuy. When I got to the till point, the cashier needed my ID, but unfortunately, I did not have it with me in handy, but I have it on my phone. The PDF. But she said she can not help if I don't have it handy. I asked the store manager because I needed clarity and because it's not my first time making a Laybuy at the TFG stores. I mean my details they just pop up the minute you punch my ID No. The manager said she could not help me. She didn't even want to make an exception to help me, and maybe when I collect, I can make sure that I have my ID in hand. I am so disappointed and hurt because it's winter now, and the item that I wanted to Laybuy might run out of stock very soon.
