False advertising,incorrect description, no accountability.
False advertising. This place is not accurately represented by the pictures or the descriptions, refund has taken over a month and still nothing.w We booked a 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6 adults, when we arrived there were only 2 bedrooms and 1 unmade sleeper couch on a staircase landing. Where were the other 2 adults supposed to sleep? When we contacted them to file a complaint they merely offered us another 2 sleeper Cabin but since we had travelled from the UK for a family reunion we wanted family time. We then,at 7pm had to find somewhere else to stay. We are still fighting the accommodation and booking.com as it has now become a he said she said situation with no compensation. No accountability and a penalty charged because we left. Dispicable service and uncaring owners. Much better places to stay.
