Disgusting Food

On Thursday, 29th February, we purchased a seafood basket and an extra Russian. What a waste of money. The food, if you can call it that, was absolutely awful! Everything was overcooked and dry, even the chips. The Russian and sliced Russian looked like leather. I would never, ever recommend that place to anybody. We were very hungry and we attempted to eat it but we just couldn't. I thought if I dipped the fish in the tartar sauce it would be okay but even that was awful. There was absolutely nothing good about that food. It was extremely disappointing. I sent an email with the receipt number but to date have not had a response.
