Verbal Abuse

My name is Lindi and I had an incident with a lady serving chips at fish and chips in Banaero Park. She gave me bad chips and when I commented that the chips looked like they were just made for the sake of making. She started attacking me with words of abuse. She told me that it is not her fault that I cannot cook hence I have to buy chips. She asked me why I did not pack lunch for myself instead of coming to her shop. She said a whole lot of things and I reported the incident a day after it happened to Timothy who works at the head offices at dish and chips company. He has not come back nor said anything to me. This just simply tells me that this culture of being nasty and rude is condoned by the head office of fish and chips. I am still shocked at this and even more shocked that the head office is not bothered.
