Unacceptable

To whom this may concern. I would hereby like to state that The Fish and Chips Co situated at Lichtenburg Mall will never be supported by myself, my family or friends. The staff is very *********** and unfriendly. The staff also showed unwillingness to compensate me for their insufficient stock. The manager then agreed to my idea of compromise and after I paid and waited for my food, the order were incorrect. The manager then went back on what we agreed upon, without consulting me before preparing the order, and expected me to accept and pay for their mistake and insufficient stock. I can't complain about the customer service, because it's non-existant!
